Active light dating from 1850's. The lighthouse is adjacent to the ferry slip, keeper's house is Sailor's Museum with lighthouse items.

Museum hours: mid-June until Labor Day from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Closed Mondays.

Reached by ferry from Lincolnville Beach about 5 miles north of Camden on US RT1. For a small fee, cars can be parked at the ferry landing at Lincolnville Beach. Please ask for ferry schedules. The lighthouse tower is occasionally open.
